Swan Environmental was engaged by Blayney Shire Council to coordinate the project Management of the demolishment of the existing 50 year Community Centre and project manage the construction of the new Blayney Community Centre.
With the tender already being awarded by Council, Swan Environmental project managed the construction of the project and provided input into the marketing and PR component of the Project.
Opened in 2012 key features of the new centre include dance floor area, commercial kitchen, stage, several change and rehearsal rooms, bar area, security system, three meeting rooms and landscaping. Operable walls inside the Centre will ensure up three different events can take place at the same time, while allowing the building to be used as a multipurpose centre.
